Noble Texas Builders earned the 2022 Excellence in Construction Eagle Award.

The Eagle has landed on the Brownsville Public Utilities Board Annex! The first of its kind in the region, the BPUB Annex is a modern emergency command center and office building designed to withstand category IV hurricanes. This critical facility controls the electrical grid and water service for the entire City of Brownsville and surrounding areas.
