Noble Holds multiple Job Order Contracts (JOC) with a variety of purchasing Co-Ops. The JOC process allows our customers to complete a large number of projects with a single, competitively awarded contract. In turn, our clients are able to receive an expedited response time on their construction demands through a qualified contractor; similar to having an “on-call”: construction team at your disposal. Customers benefit from cost savings, constructabililty reviews to fast-track projects.

Job Order Contracting is used by the Federal Government, the state, municipalities, school districts, colleges and universities, and hospital systems. This procurement process allows Noble to provide pre-construction services, construction, and post-construction to various entities throughout the State of Texas on an as-needed basis.
